The sprawling “lego-like” mansion reportedly sits on two acres overlooking the ocean and is already “halfway there,” with insiders revealing the eco-friendly compound will also feature a green roof and solar panels.
And because this is Malibu royalty territory, DiCaprio’s future neighbors reportedly include Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
