Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s son is fighting back against the allegations.
Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., 15, pleaded not guilty to all seven felony charges tied to an alleged sexual assault, according to court documents.
His attorney also waived KJ’s formal arraignment and requested a hearing to move the case to juvenile court.
KJ was arrested in August and indicted on charges including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, and false imprisonment. He was released to his mother’s care after posting $200,000 bail.
Kim has fiercely defended her son, saying he “categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.”
The allegations have not been proven in court.
