Kate Hudson's Aspen Homecoming Draws Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell, Rachel Zoe & More for Starry Hotel Jerome Bash
Featuring exclusive shots from the star-packed singalong.
Snowy Aspen nights don’t get much more star-powered than this. Kate Hudson returned to her hometown just after Christmas, slipping back into familiar territory at the iconic Hotel Jerome for a festive, music-filled holiday after party that felt like a full-on homecoming.
Following her December 27 performance at Wheeler Opera House, Kate turned the hotel’s intimate underground speakeasy Bad Harriet into a late-night singalong, kicking things off with Ben E. King’s “Stand by Me” alongside brother Oliver Hudson. The karaoke-style night hit classics like “Piano Man” and “Brown Eyed Girl,” with Oliver debuting “Blues for Kate” as Kate harmonized onstage.
The bash also marked a full-circle moment: since her last Hotel Jerome appearance, Kate has dropped her debut album Glorious and earned a Golden Globe nod for Song Sung Blue. The intimate after party drew a tight-knit, A-list crowd including Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell, Danny Fujikawa, Rachel Zoe, Katie Diamond, and Brian Chesky – all tucked beneath Aspen’s most storied roof for one unforgettable holiday night.
