In an exclusive Q&A with OK! Editor-in-Chief Jaclyn Roth, the reality star gets candid about how being on TV has affected his body confidence, the grueling reality of filming, and his plans to take Body by Brad beyond Charleston with more tour stops, a potential gym, and even an app.

JACLYN: What inspired you to turn fitness into a tour and bring these workouts to different cities?

BRADLEY: I wanted to reach more people than just the people in Charleston. I love fitness and my philosophy is a 70/30 lifestyle – I want to have fun, enjoy myself, and enjoy a drink or a burger, but I still try to take care of my body to the best of my abilities. I try to bring a blend of fun, fitness, and enjoyment, and continually show people that there’s more to this life than a one-size-fits-all game of being healthy all the time.

JACLYN: What do you want people to walk away feeling after one of your workouts?
