Dancing With the Stars alum Lindsay Arnold is ditching the pressure to “bounce back” after baby No. 3.
In an exclusive chat with OK! Editor-in-Chief Jaclyn Roth, the mom of three opens up about embracing her postpartum body, rebuilding her confidence, and finding a new sense of style through her newest partnership.
She also gets candid about recovering from her third C-section, squeezing workouts into life with three kids, balancing motherhood, marriage and business – and why she wants women to stop waiting for some future version of themselves to feel good in their own skin.

JACLYN: Why did you partner with Stitch Fix to redefine the postpartum conversation around “bouncing back?”
LINDSAY: There is so much pressure on moms to quickly return to how they looked and felt before having a baby. I wanted to partner with Stitch Fix because they recognize that postpartum isn’t about going backward – it’s about stepping forward into a new chapter. The data shows that 40% of moms still don’t feel like themselves style-wise two or more years after giving birth. That’s a huge number! Stitch Fix gets that your body and lifestyle keep evolving, and they take the mental load off of getting dressed so you can feel confident in the body you have today.
JACLYN: How has being a mom of three shaped your relationship with your style and confidence?
