OK!’s official style expert Maria Molino and Senior Editor Rebecca Friedman are weighing in on the best, boldest and most buzzworthy looks – including Julia Fox, Ciara, Kate Hudson, Selena Gomez, Dylan Sprouse, and Tori Spelling.

MARIA MOLINO: This might be the most clothing I have ever seen on Ms. Fox. Be that as it may, she looks like a cupcake. This looks like something you would see in a toddler’s dress-up bin. It’s sitting so low on her chest, that it looks like it’s going to slip right off her tatas – not that she would mind. Don’t get me started on the accessories. What a disaster!

REBECCA FRIEDMAN: Ummm… what is this? I thought the little blue bows looked like Christmas lights before I zoomed in. The telephone is bizarre. The bag is a cool concept, but maybe the phone could have been the handle instead. The entire outfit looks like a unicorn threw up on her. The headpiece is also unnecessary.
