From Madrid to Denmark, Europe’s royals packed the week with milestone celebrations, cultural ceremonies and public appearances.

King Felipe and Queen Letizia stepped out for Spain’s prestigious Medals of Merit in the Fine Arts ceremony, while Queen Sofía carried out engagements in Castellón and King Felipe marked major events in both Madrid and Murcia.

Meanwhile, Denmark’s royal family celebrated King Frederik’s 58th birthday and hit the ground running during the annual Royal Run festivities as Princess Anne represented the British monarchy during an official visit to Athens.
