The former Duchess of York, 66 – long divorced from Prince Andrew, also 66 – remains tangled in the global Jeffrey Epstein scandal after newly released documents detailed her past contact with the serial abuser, sex trafficker, and pedophile.

Included in last month’s Epstein files dump from the U.S. Justice Department were cringeworthy emails in which Ferguson thanked Epstein for his emotional support and sought advice about resolving a reported multi-million-dollar debt while he was in jail.

According to insiders, under-fire Ferguson now believes her daughters – both financially independent and well connected – represent her best chance of rebuilding her standing within royal and high society circles.
