According to exclusive photos obtained by OK!, the NBA icon, 40, is expanding his $36.75 million Beverly Hills estate – and not just a little. Five years after buying the property and ripping out the original home, LeBron is now building two family residences with a shared driveway – totaling a massive 15,906 square feet.
One house will feature a two-story layout with a 7,702-square-foot basement garage, spa, water displays, an outdoor kitchen and solar panels. The “smaller” second home still spans 6,550 square feet with a terrace, basement theater, hot tubs and cold plunge pools, plus a guard house and 10-foot security fence.
King James knows his real-estate game… from his $10 million custom Ohio estate to the $9 million Coconut Grove mansion he later sold for $13.4 million. On the court or in construction, he always plays to win.
