Insiders say she’s quietly planning a selective return with renewed confidence.
Bridget Fonda is said to be “raging” attention surrounding her long-awaited Hollywood return is focused “only on her startling physical transformation,” as she quietly prepares for a major acting comeback after more than two decades away.
Fonda, 62, rose to prominence in the late 1980s and 1990s with roles in Single White Female, The Godfather Part III, Drop Dead Fred, and Jackie Brown, earning a Golden Globe nomination for Scandal.
She stepped away from the industry following the 2002 television project Snow Queen, after a serious car accident in 2003 left her with fractured vertebrae.
