EXCLUSIVE: Arnold Schwarzenegger Terminated by Trolls After Making Massive Career Admission
The 78-year-old admitted studios are eyeing sequels to his biggest action hits.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is being mocked online after revealing he could return to several of his most famous action roles – with critics urging studios “please don’t let him come back” and accusing Hollywood of recycling tired ideas.
The Terminator action man, 78, the Austrian-born actor and former California governor, confirmed he has been approached about appearing in new installments of several classic action franchises that helped define his career.
Speaking at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio, Schwarzenegger told fans studios have contacted him about potential follow-ups to Predator, Commando, and the fantasy saga Conan the Barbarian.
But the remarks have sparked a backlash from film fans who say Hollywood’s reliance on reviving old franchises reflects a lack of new ideas.
