EXCLUSIVE: Andrew Windsor Slapped With Another Huge Humiliation As a Major Flaw Emerges Over his Humble New 'Retirement Home'
The proposed retreat comes with a soggy surprise
Ex-Prince Andrew’s housing downgrade just got more humiliating.
Flood risk has reportedly emerged as a major red flag at Marsh Farm – the modest Sandringham property being lined up as his new “retirement home.”
The former Duke of York, 65, who has lived since 2008 at the 31-room Royal Lodge on the Windsor estate, is preparing to relocate following the loss of royal titles and public roles.
Marsh Farm, a five-bedroom farmhouse at Wolferton on the Sandringham estate, has been undergoing refurbishment.
But documents now show the property sits within an Environment Agency flood zone, raising concerns about long-term suitability and adding to what sources describe as a growing sense of humiliation.
