Parton died peacefully in Nashville on August 25 following a recent hospitalization. She will reportedly be honored with a small, private family funeral before being laid to rest beside her late husband, Carl Dean.

Dave Portnoy posted the wild footage, saying the driver “beat him up pretty good. Treated Security Dan like a vacuum clean.” Dan needed stitches, while Uber said it was “horrified by the conduct displayed” and permanently booted the driver from its platform.

Donald Trump is tipping his hat to a country queen.
The president ordered American flags lowered nationwide for one week following Dolly’s death at 80.
“Very sad to report that Dolly Parton, one of the greatest Country singers, and far beyond, EVER, has just passed away. This is a true loss for millions of people,” Trump wrote.
The president added: “There has never been anyone like her, and never will. In her honor, I am lowering the American flag throughout the United States for a one week period beginning tonight at 6:00PM. Rest in Peace, Dolly! The World loves you. President DONALD J. TRUMP.”
