On her MeSsy podcast, the actress vowed to keep advocating for patients “forever and ever,” reassuring listeners, “I am still your warrior.” Her co-host Jamie-Lynn Sigler confirmed the podcast will continue, explaining, “This is just about our lives and the messiness of life in general.”
Applegate revealed she still struggles with severe mobility issues, sometimes taking 10 minutes just to get out of bed, despite the diagnosis uncertainty. She plans to consult more specialists and is taking things “one step at a time” while navigating the unknowns.
