Lil Nas X, 26, got L.A. buzzing early Thursday when he was spotted roaming Ventura Boulevard at around 4 a.m. – wearing only underwear and cowboy boots.
Footage shows the “Old Town Road” rapper wandering the empty street, muttering about attending a party. At one wild moment, he even plops a giant orange traffic cone on his head.
Sources say witnesses found the scene so bizarre they called the LAPD, reporting a possible overdose. The rapper was ultimately arrested for obstructing an officer after a naked scuffle with police and is now being held without bail.
